Such great stay, as always. Wonderful place, exceptionally comfortable beds, courteous staff. Fresh food for breakfast at the pool area. Marvellous location and particularly nice views of the ocean. Again, walking distance to Nubble Lighthouse.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the beaches. The nice and courteous staff provided all the necessary info. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a balcony and gas powered fireplace.
Some people working there were very rude.

The location is great, as it is near many tourist attractions. Long Sands Beach is just a 10-minute walk away. Sun & Surf Restaurant is close by, only a 15-minute walk. The hotel met our expectations and we would definitely return.

Sincerely, it was a very nice stay in September. The room was beautifully maintained, provided us with 2 queen beds and large bathroom, as for instance. There was a nice restaurant in the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and outstandingly accommodating - we would stay there again.

We had to change our reservation to a room with two beds and the desk person was very nice on the phone. The room was clean, comfy, and had a wonderful ocean view. The location was perfect, right by the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for a beach getaway.

We loved the vibrant colors and cozy furniture in our room - it felt just like home! The stunning ocean view from our window was a bonus. We especially enjoyed the authentic shoreline with original homes and a charming general store. The location was perfect, with a great restaurant just across the street. And for those who enjoy karaoke and casinos, there were plenty of facilities to satisfy our entertainment needs.
We felt so well taken care of during our stay, there was absolutely nothing to complain about.
